India indicated among top five emerging market that lures foreign property investments

Due to a survey, we find the foreign property investor consist to repose their firm believe in US market as they have faith, the country provides the best poisons for capital appreciation while India is shine among the top five emerging market in this space, According to another survey related among the members of the association of foreign investor in real estate [AFIRE].

In the time of 2009, foreign real estate investor says, they remain committed to the US as their preferred real estate investments opportunities.

UK also shine as the emerging second best country for capital appreciation, getting 30% of respondent, Chaina followed these votes by receiving 10%. By another survey, we find the five emerging country are –China, Brazil, India, Mexico and Turkey.

Werner Sohier, the chairman of AFIRE remarks “The new money is starting to serve among people and AFIRE survey points make focus growth and interest in the new select market for 2010.
